SPECIAL SERVICE FOR EXCLUSIVE CLUB MEMBERS TO SAVE TIME AT THE AIRPORT AND AVOID LINES.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

The service is for Ulisse and Freccia Alata members, who can call MilleMiglia Member Service, and for Freccia Alata Plus members, who can call their reserved number, traveling on the following routes:

DEPARTURE DESTINATION
All Italian airports Domestic or international (Schengen area including London)
Athens, Barcelona, Frankfurt, London or Madrid Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate or Milan Malpensa

You can use the service if you are traveling with hand baggage only, from 4 hours to 40 minutes before departure of your domestic flight or up to 60 minutes before departure of your medium-haul international flight.

PICKING UP YOUR BOARDING PASS

Pick up your boarding pass within 30, 40 or 60 minutes for domestic, medium-haul international or long-haul international flights respectively at the Alitalia Lounge (CFA and CFAPlus members), at check-in desks (Ulisse members) or from the Fast Check-in kiosks.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

  • Ulisse and Freccia Alata members call the MilleMiglia Member Service
  • Freccia Alata Plus members: call the dedicated number

Tele Check-in is available if you are traveling with only hand baggage for the routes indicated in the previous table.

You can use the service from four hours to 40 minutes before the departure of your domestic flight or up to 60 minutes before the departure of your medium-haul international flight (Schengen area including London).

If you are traveling with someone included in your booking, that person can take advantage of the same service.

HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR BOARDING PASS

When:

  • Within 30 minutes of the departure of your domestic flight
  • Within 40 minutes of the departure of your medium-haul international flight
  • Within 60 minutes of the departure of your long-haul international flight

Where:

  • In Freccia Alata lounges (Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus members)
  • At dedicated check-in desks (Ulisse members)
  • At the Fast Check-in kiosks at all major Italian airports
