LIGHT 票价
当手提行李超过规定的重量或规格以及需要将行李托运至货舱时需要支付一定的费用，以下多种情况：

- 在官网购买的机票在进行网上值机时，拨打电话至客服中心购买境内外行李每件价格为25欧。在机场值机柜台购买行李每件价格为45欧。此标准适用于标准行李的托运价格。
- 从欧洲飞往美国及加拿大的国际航班行李价格为50欧/件。从美国及加拿大飞往欧洲的国际航班行李价格为60美元/件。此标准适用于标准行李的托运价格。
- 如果您在机场购买行李，则可根据机场工作人员的要求或其他的实际情况产生额外费用。具体情况请参照不同机场标准而定。

退款
在下列情况下， 您有权获得额外行李限额费用的退款：
- 航班未由意大利航空执飞
- 原航班被取消且您拒绝搭乘意大利航空提供的新航班
- 您先前为其购买额外限额的行李丢失且在 45 天内未找到
- 疾病/死亡（对于这两种情况，因疾病或死亡造成的停飞必须提供有效的医院证明或死亡证明）：
- 近亲：配偶、子女（包括收养的子女）、父母、兄弟/姐妹、（外）祖父母、（外）孙子/孙女、配偶的双亲、配偶的兄弟/姐妹、女婿/媳妇；对于这种情况，必须出示相应的关系证明（家庭状况证明或由当地政府或户籍登记处签发的其他证明）
- 拥有相同 PNR 且关系为亲属或朋友的乘客
在下列情况下，您无权获得退款：
- 您决定携带较已购买限额更少的行李出行

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- At check-in, all additional baggage purchased previously must be used in combination with the ticket purchased for the excess baggage. If you wish to modify your flight, and if the tariff conditions for your ticket allow such modifications, your additional baggage allowance purchased previously shall remain valid in combination with the modified ticket. All additional baggage allowance purchased previously is personal and non-transferable
- Additional baggage allowance purchased previously is valid for a single leg (outbound or return) toward the stopover airport or the final destination, and exclusively on flights operated by Alitalia
- Additional baggage allowance purchased previously cannot be used to transport pets and/or sports equipment
- Alitalia's Conditions of Carriage are an integral part of these conditions
- The maximum size and weight of your additional baggage allowance permitted for your route are described in the Conditions of Carriage
- You must ensure that all information supplied when booking and purchasing of the extra baggage allowance is complete.
