CORPORATE CARDS

The Corporate Premium Card is a MilleMiglia card for employees of medium-sized and large companies who have signed a Corporate Contract with Alitalia. It varies according to employees' existing membership of the MilleMiglia Program and the Ulisse, Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus clubs.

The Corporate Premium Card adds dedicated services exclusively for companies and is a way to quickly access the services offered to corporate customers, making business trips run much more smoothly. Through the Corporate Premium Card, customers are recognized immediately at all stages of their trip and whenever they contact Alitalia and the airports and partners involved.

CORPORATE PREMIUM CARD REGULATIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

"Airline" or "Alitalia" refers to Alitalia - Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A., with its registered office at Via A. Nassetti, Pal. NHQ s.n.c., 00054 Fiumicino (RM), Italy, with paid-up share capital of EUR 50,000.00, tax code, VAT no. and registration number on the Rome Companies Register 13029381004, and Rome R.E.A. (Repertorio Economico Amministrativo — economic and administrative index) no. 1418603.

 

"Participating company" or "Company" refers to a company that has entered into a commercial agreement with Alitalia - Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A.

 

"Corporate Premium Card" refers to a MilleMiglia card for employees of companies that have entered into a commercial agreement with Alitalia. The Corporate Premium Card varies according to the employees' existing membership of the MilleMiglia Program and the Exclusive Clubs. The variations of the Card enhance the services that are already available for MilleMiglia Members, while others are dedicated exclusively to the companies.

 

"Employee" refers to a worker of a Company that has entered into a commercial agreement with Alitalia - Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A.

 

2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

Corporate Premium Cards will only be issued for employees that sign up to the initiative through the Open Link that will be supplied by the Alitalia Key Account to the company's travel manager. Company employees must give their express consent for the corresponding Corporate Premium Card to be issued and must first register for the MilleMiglia Program if they are not already registered.

 

If employees are already registered for the MilleMiglia Program, they will receive a new Corporate Premium Card to replace the previous one, based on their membership status; it will have the same code and the same amount of miles earned up to that point by their own account and any membership of one of the Exclusive Clubs.

 

3. BENEFICIARY ELIGIBILITY REGULATIONS

In order to obtain the Card and be able to access its benefits, employees must be registered for the MilleMiglia Program.  

All employees of Companies that have signed a commercial agreement with Alitalia may enroll in the Corporate Cards initiative.

 

4. HOW THE CARD WORKS

The Card enhances the services already available for MilleMiglia Members and provides others that are dedicated exclusively to the companies. Below is a non-exhaustive list of the services reserved for Corporate Premium Card holders:

  • Use of the SkyPriority desk for check-in
  • Free excess baggage
  • Free Extra Comfort Seats on all Alitalia flights
  • Free Fast Track access

5. DURATION

The benefits connected to the Corporate Cards expire at the same time as the commercial agreement that the Company has signed with Alitalia.

 

If the commercial agreement is not renewed with the Company, if an employee's employment is terminated with the Company or if the Company decides that it no longer wishes an employee to be a part of the Corporate Premium Card initiative, Members will receive a new MilleMiglia card corresponding to their membership status, keeping the same MilleMiglia code and all the miles earned up to that point in time upon the expiry of their Corporate Premium Card.

 

6. AMENDMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

Alitalia reserves the right at any time to amend or add to the conditions of participation, services offered, registration methods or other procedures described in these regulations, by informing Holders in advance with appropriate notice, protecting rights already acquired by participants and guaranteeing that no changes that degrade the product will be introduced.

 

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Each Party, being the sole Data Controller of its Personal Data, declares to comply with the obligations set forth under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”).

Each Party declares to have duly informed its clients and/or employees that their personal data may be disclosed to third parties for the performance of this Agreement, including recipients in third countries, and each Party declares to the other that it has obtained, if necessary, the data subjects’ consent for such processing activity or transfer.

More generally, the Parties mutually acknowledge that the processing of personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the MilleMiglia Privacy Regulation, and pursuant to art. 6 letter b of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") they will exchange each other data relating to their customers, for the sole purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the contract of which the clients are interested. It is also expressly agreed between the Parties that Alitalia and Alitalia Loyalty SpA are authorized to use and process the personal data of the persons indicated in Annex D.2 Art.3, as well as of the subjects of which it has become aware due to the activities carried out at the terms of this Contract, exclusively for operational management purposes strictly functional to the performance of the services referred to in this Contract, remaining in Alitalia precluded any other different use and treatment.


Alitalia communicates, as provided for in the infragroup contracts, that it will be responsible to answer for rights of clients pursuant to Chapter III of the ("GDPR") using the collaboration of Alitalia Loyalty.

8. REFERENCE

The conditions of the MilleMiglia Program shall prevail over matters not covered in these regulations.

SKY PRIORITY DESK ACCESS

The SKY Priority Desk is the reference point for Corporate Premium customers at the airport.

 

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

The SKY Priority Desk has red signs and offers access for Corporate Premium Card holders traveling on flights operated by Alitalia, in Long-Haul Business Class, Medium-Haul Business Class and Economy.

 

The SKY Priority Desk is available at all airports served by Alitalia.

 

WHEN TO USE THE SERVICE

The SKY Priority Desk can be accessed at any point of the trip to:

  • Check in
  • Collect a boarding pass following Tele check-in
  • Drop off hold baggage when using web check-in or self check-in
  • Ask for information
  • Collect information leaflets

PRIORITY BAGGAGE CLAIM

The Priority label affixed to Corporate Premium customers' hold baggage significantly reduces the time taken to collect baggage at the destination airport.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

Just enter your MilleMiglia Corporate code during the booking stage or present your Corporate Premium Card at the check-in desk or baggage drop to use the service.

WHERE TO USE THE SERVICE

The service is available on all flights operated by Alitalia, at all airports.

FREE EXCESS BAGGAGE

The service is reserved for Corporate Premium Card holders and grants extra baggage allowance above the basic allowance, based on the destination and the travel class (maximum 23 kg in Economy and 32 kg in Long-Haul Business Class and Medium-Haul Business Class). Millemiglia Corporate Premium Ulisse, CFA and CFA Plus members will benefit from free excess baggage even when traveling with a Light fare.

 

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

Just enter your MilleMiglia Corporate code during the booking stage or present your Corporate Premium Card at check-in to use the service.

 

WHEN TO USE THE SERVICE

The service is available on all flights operated by Alitalia, at all airports.

 

FREE FAST TRACK

Free access to the priority channel at the airport security gates allows Corporate Premium customers to go through security more quickly, significantly reducing total travel time.

 

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

Just show your boarding pass or present your Corporate Premium Card to the fast track staff. The service is valid on all flights operated by Alitalia.

 

WHERE TO USE THE SERVICE

The service is currently available at the following airports: Fiumicino (Terminal 1), Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, Naples, Turin, Venice* and Amsterdam Schiphol.

*For reasons beyond Alitalia’s control, access to the Fast Track gate at Venice airport is temporarily unavailable.

PRIORITY BOARDING

Priority during the boarding stage.

 

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

Just enter your MilleMiglia Corporate code during the booking stage or present your Corporate Premium Card to use the priority lanes at the boarding gate.

 

WHEN TO USE THE SERVICE

On all flights operated by Alitalia.

 

WHERE TO USE THE SERVICE

In all airports.

In airports where there are no priority lanes, there will be pre-boarding for eligible customers (announcement).

 

FREE COMFORT SEAT

Corporate Card holders can choose  Comfort seats, free of charge, on board all domestic, international and intercontinental flights operated by Alitalia.

 

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

The service is free for all Corporate Premium Card holders.

 

If you want to benefit from a free Comfort seat, make sure that you enter your MilleMiglia code correctly during the booking stage. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee that the seat will be free of charge.
