On June 3, 2020 the following airport services are available for passengers on the first New York (JFK) Rome(FCO) flight:
- Skypriority and Economy Check-in
- No Kiosk self check-in
- Security Check, Fast Track
- Skypriority/Economy priority boarding and loading bridge
- Casa Alitalia Lounge is not open; eligible passengers will receive a complimentary voucher at check-in redeemable at any terminal eatery.
