IF YOUR BAGGAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED OR ITEMS DISAPPEAR FROM IT DURING YOUR ALITALIA FLIGHT, PLEASE VISIT THE BAGGAGE ASSISTANCE DESK AND THE LOST AND FOUND TO RECEIVE THE NECESSARY ASSISTANCE.
BAGGAGE ASSISTANCE
If you need assistance with your bag, before leaving the airport please make your way to the Alitalia Baggage Assistance desk in the Arrivals Area, where the dedicated staff will you help you in the event of:
LOST BAGGAGE
to recover your bag as quickly as possible and have it delivered to the address you have provided
DAMAGED BAGGAGE
to see if you are eligible for a voucher towards future Alitalia ticket purchases or a new bag with the same characteristics as the one that has been damaged
LOST & FOUND
Have you left a personal object on board an Alitalia flight arriving at Fiumicino or at a Fiumicino Casa Alitalia lounge?
You can request assistance at our Baggage Assistance Office in the Arrivals Area, or write to the Lost and Found service at oggetti.ritrovati@alitalia.it, providing your:
- First name
- Surname
- Personal contact details (address, telephone, email, fax)
- Date of loss of object
- Flight number
- A detailed description of the lost object
Please also be aware that any objects found will be kept by Alitalia for 20 days from the date of their discovery. At the end of this time they will be passed to the ADR Lost and Found Office.
