Baggage assistance

All the contacts and everything you need to know should your baggage be delayed, tampered with or lost. For assistance with your baggage issues when in Italy: from Egypt, e-mail to customer.relationsEG@alitalia.it; from Italy, call 06 65640*; from other Countries, contact the Customer Relations Office nearest you. *Available in Italy at the price of the regular rate, which varies on the basis of one’s plan for calls to landlines.

LOST ITEMS

DID YOU LEAVE SOMETHING ON BOARD THE AIRPLANE OR IN AN AREA OWNED BY ALITALIA? GO TO THE LOST AND FOUND DESK OF THE ARRIVAL AIRPORT.

IN ROME FIUMICINO

If you forgot an item on board an incoming flight to Fiumicino, or in our Rome Lounges, contact the "Lost & Found Office" stating flight number, date, first name, last name, contact information (address, telephone, fax, e-mail), name of the lounge and detailed description of the forgotten item.

Upon confirmation that the item has been found, the Lost & Found Office in Terminal 3 will be at the disposal of our guests daily from 07:00 am to 1:00 pm, and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Please note that Alitalia will keep any object found for 20 days after it has been found. At the end of said period, it will be passed to the ADR Lost & Found Office.

For all items forgotten in areas other than those listed above, you are kindly requested to directly contact the ADR Lost & Found Office.
