Passenger rights

Alitalia in extraordinary administration ceased its flight activities from October 15, 2021. The information relating to passenger rights in relation to the sale of air transport and flight services carried out until October 14, 2021 is shown below.

- EC Regulation 261/04 on compensation and assistance to passengers in case of denied boarding, cancellation or flight delay
